- Avoid letting others touch it—if they do, cleanse it before wearing again.
- Cleanse once a month, or after emotionally intense experiences.
We recommend:
- 30 minutes of full moonlight
- Smudging with white sage (if available)
- Avoid rinsing with tap water or placing it on synthetic crystal beds.

- Wrap the tape snugly (but not tightly) around your wrist where you’d normally wear a bracelet. Note the length.
Method 2: Using string or paper
- Wrap a string or strip of paper around your wrist
- Mark where it overlaps
- Lay it flat and measure the marked length with a ruler
