Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order arrives with serious packaging damage that causes crystals to crack or break, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- We will arrange a free replacement for you — no return shipment required.

Sizing Issues
- Bracelet too large?
Every order includes a free accessory kit (cords and tools, no stones included) so you can easily resize your bracelet at home.
- Bracelet too small?
You may purchase an additional accessory kit ($10 + $15 shipping). This is the most affordable way to adjust without replacing the entire bracelet.

Refunds & Order Cancellations
- Before shipment: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped, and we will process a full refund.
- After shipment: Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, we’re unfortunately unable to cancel or refund the order, as international logistics cannot be reversed.
- We kindly ask for your understanding, and we’ll always do our best to support you with adjustments or exchanges if needed.

For reasons other than shipping damage or sizing adjustments, customers may request a return or exchange. Please note that international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and these costs can be very high.
