What makes JING Balance jewelry special?
We use only natural crystals and gemstones—never synthetic or enhanced.
Each piece is designed with the wisdom of the Five Elements to support your energetic balance. Think of it as wearable Feng Shui for your mind, body, and spirit.
How do crystals relate to the Five Elements?
Each crystal carries the essence of one or more elements—Metal, Wood, Water, Fire, or Earth.
By understanding your energy constitution, we select crystals that harmonize and replenish what you're missing.
What is Five Elements energy healing?
It’s a traditional Chinese system that sees your well-being as a dynamic balance between five elemental forces. When one element is out of sync, it affects the whole.
At JING Balance, we use crystals as tools to restore that harmony.
How is this different from chakra-based or Western crystal healing?
While Western systems often focus on the body’s chakras, the Five Elements explore the source and movement of energy through nature.
It emphasizes Yin and Yang balance, seasonal rhythms, and the interaction between body, mind, and the environment.

Where do you ship from?
ll orders are shipped from our studio in China and are processed within 2 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship only within the United States. We're working on expanding to more countries soon.

How long will delivery take?
- Standard Shipping: Free, arrives in about 6–12 business days (plus up to 3 business days for order processing).
- Express Shipping (DHL): Upgrade for +$15 and receive your order in 5–7 business days. Orders over $199 enjoy DHL Express free.
How is shipping calculated?
All orders include free standard shipping within the U.S.(Excludes Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Guam, P.O. Boxes, and military addresses.)
If you’d like faster delivery, you can choose DHL Express for +$15, or enjoy it free with orders over $199.
Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes?
No.
All customs and handling fees are included in the shipping cost for U.S. orders. You won’t be charged anything extra upon delivery.
PAYMENT & SECURITY
What payment methods do you accept? Is it safe?
We currently accept payments through PayPal.
Even if you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still pay securely with a credit or debit card via the PayPal checkout page.
All transactions are processed safely through Shopify and PayPal’s encrypted systems.
Can I pay in my local currency?
Our system automatically detects your location, but at this time, we only accept payments in USD.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your jewelry arrives with serious packaging damage that results in cracked or broken stones, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement for you — no return shipment required.
What if the bracelet size is not right?
- Too large? Every order comes with a free accessory kit (cords and tools, no stones included) so you can easily resize your bracelet at home.
- Too small? You may purchase an additional accessory kit ($10 + $15 shipping). This is the most affordable way to adjust sizing without replacing the entire bracelet.

Can I return or exchange my order for other reasons?
For reasons other than shipping damage or sizing adjustments, customers may request a return or exchange.
However, international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and can be very expensive.
Please note: our jewelry is handcrafted with natural crystals, and slight variations in color, texture, or shape are normal and part of each stone’s unique character — not considered defects.
Can I cancel my order or get a refund?
- Before shipment: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped, and we will process a full refund.
- After shipment: Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, we’re unfortunately unable to cancel or refund the order, as international logistics cannot be reversed.
We kindly ask for your understanding, and we’ll always do our best to support you with adjustments or exchanges if needed.

How should I care for my crystal bracelet?
Avoid perfumes, chemicals, hard impacts, and wearing while bathing or swimming.
Which wrist should I wear my bracelet on?
Your left hand is connected to your inner world—your emotions, healing, and growth.
Your right hand is connected to the outer world—your focus, actions, and boundaries.
- If you want to absorb support, balance your emotions, or invite healing energy.
- If you need to stay focused, calm, or protect your personal space.
Most of our bracelets are designed to support inner healing—so we recommend wearing them on your left wrist. If your bracelet is for protection or mental clarity, the right wrist may feel better.
Can I wear my bracelet while sleeping?
It’s best to remove it to avoid overstimulation or accidental damage.
Do crystals need to be cleansed or charged?
Your bracelet has already been energetically cleansed before shipping—it's ready to wear right away.
As you begin wearing it, the crystals will gradually align with your energy.
To keep the energy clear and supportive:
- Avoid letting others touch it—if they do, cleanse it before wearing again.
- Cleanse once a month, or after emotionally intense experiences.
We recommend:
- 30 minutes of full moonlight
- Smudging with white sage (if available)
- Avoid rinsing with tap water or placing it on synthetic crystal beds.
