How do crystals relate to the Five Elements?
Each crystal carries the essence of one or more elements—Metal, Wood, Water, Fire, or Earth.
By understanding your energy constitution, we select crystals that harmonize and replenish what you're missing.
What is Five Elements energy healing?
It’s a traditional Chinese system that sees your well-being as a dynamic balance between five elemental forces. When one element is out of sync, it affects the whole.
At JING Balance, we use crystals as tools to restore that harmony.
How is this different from chakra-based or Western crystal healing?
While Western systems often focus on the body’s chakras, the Five Elements explore the source and movement of energy through nature.
It emphasizes Yin and Yang balance, seasonal rhythms, and the interaction between body, mind, and the environment.

Where do you ship from?
ll orders are shipped from our studio in China and are processed within 2 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship only within the United States. We're working on expanding to more countries soon.

How long will delivery take?
U.S. orders typically arrive in 7–10 business days, depending on local logistics and customs processing.
How is shipping calculated?
We offer free shipping within the U.S. on all orders over $199.
Standard shipping rates apply for smaller orders and are calculated at checkout.
Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes?
No.
All customs and handling fees are included in the shipping cost for U.S. orders. You won’t be charged anything extra upon delivery.
PAYMENT & SECURITY
What payment methods do you accept? Is it safe?
For your security, we currently accept PayPal only, with plans to support more payment methods soon.
All transactions are encrypted and protected through Shopify and PayPal's secure systems.
Can I pay in my local currency?
Our system automatically detects your location, but at this time, we only accept payments in USD.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return or exchange my order if I don’t like it?
Due to high international shipping costs and complex return procedures, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preferences (e.g. change of mind, dislike of style).
Please ensure you’ve reviewed the product details and sizing carefully before placing your order.
What if I received the wrong size or want to change it?
We’re unable to offer free size exchanges.
- If the bracelet is too small, you can purchase an add-on kit containing matching beads to enlarge it.
- If it’s too big, you can resize it at home using the adjustment kit included in your package.

What if the item arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives broken or defective (e.g. a cracked crystal or snapped string), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Who pays for return shipping?
All return shipping costs must be covered by the customer unless the item is defective.
Please note: international return shipping to China can be expensive and may involve customs duties.

How should I care for my crystal bracelet?
Avoid perfumes, chemicals, hard impacts, and wearing while bathing or swimming.
Which wrist should I wear my bracelet on?
Your left hand is connected to your inner world—your emotions, healing, and growth.
Your right hand is connected to the outer world—your focus, actions, and boundaries.
- If you want to absorb support, balance your emotions, or invite healing energy.
- If you need to stay focused, calm, or protect your personal space.
Most of our bracelets are designed to support inner healing—so we recommend wearing them on your left wrist. If your bracelet is for protection or mental clarity, the right wrist may feel better.
Can I wear my bracelet while sleeping?
It’s best to remove it to avoid overstimulation or accidental damage.
Do crystals need to be cleansed or charged?
Your bracelet has already been energetically cleansed before shipping—it's ready to wear right away.
As you begin wearing it, the crystals will gradually align with your energy.
To keep the energy clear and supportive:
- Avoid letting others touch it—if they do, cleanse it before wearing again.
- Cleanse once a month, or after emotionally intense experiences.
We recommend:
- 30 minutes of full moonlight
- Smudging with white sage (if available)
- Avoid rinsing with tap water or placing it on synthetic crystal beds.
